  • Information that we may receive from third parties with respect to your financial profile.

We gather, manage, and retain information associated with you to offer client support, provide new products or services, and deliver our services to you in compliance with regulatory authorities like the Securities and Exchange Commission. It is optional for you to disclose such information to us, but if you choose not to share, you won't be able to enroll as a client.

We may share the information required for client enrollment with our brokerage partner exclusively for enabling our brokerage partner to provide services to you.

We may utilize your personal data to communicate with you about our service or inform you about blog posts or services that we deem would pique your interest. In case you decide to discontinue receiving marketing communications from us, kindly follow the "unsubscribe" guidelines specified in the communications. Please be informed that administrative communications like regulatory, billing, or service notifications cannot be opted-out.

We do not disclose, rent, sell, or trade any nonpublic personal information about our existing or past clients to anyone, except as permitted by law and unless one of the following conditions is met:

  • When required during the course of a firm's assessment (i.e., an independent CEFEX assessment or an audit); or

  • We are required by law to disclose information to the recipient (i.e., periodic regulatory examination, comply with civil, criminal, or regulatory investigations by federal, state, and local authorities)

Under specific circumstances described below, we may share your personal data without additional notification to you. Occasionally, we may contract other companies to carry out specific business and technology functions (such as mailing information, managing databases, and processing payments). When we hire a third-party to perform such a function, we only disclose the bare minimum of information required to execute their specific task. Any arrangements between Lestna Retirement and other companies and independent contractors will be subject to confidentiality agreements.

Within the firm, we limit access to clients' information only to personnel that need to know that information in order to perform its business functions and duties. Each employee and service provider we may hire is required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement and is instructed not to discuss and share clients' information with anyone unless they are authorized in writing by client to do so.

Our Privacy Policy is subject to change periodically. We will publish any changes made to the Privacy Policy and, if the changes are significant, we will give a more prominent notice. We will also provide our clients with the Privacy Policy on an annual basis.
