Lestna Retirement, LLC will not disclose your personal information to anyone unless it is required by law or at your direction. We will not sell your personal information. Lestna Retirement, LLC will provide this privacy statement to all clients annually.

We gather information about you so that we can:

  • Help design and implement the investment and wealth planning services we provide you; and

  • Information from our initial meeting or subsequent consultations about your identity, such as your name, address, social security number, date of birth, and financial information

  • Information that you provide verbally

  • Information that we generate to service your financial needs

  • Information that we may receive from third parties with respect to your financial profile

What Information We Disclose

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our existing or past clients to anyone, except as permitted by law and unless one of the following conditions is met:

  • We receive your prior written consent; or

  • When required during the course of a firm's assessment (i.e., an independent CEFEX assessment or an audit); or

  • We have documentation that the recipient is your authorized representative; or

  • We are required by law to disclose information to the recipient (i.e., periodic regulatory examination, comply with civil, criminal, or regulatory investigations by federal, state, and local authorities)

Any arrangements between Lestna Retirement, LLC and other companies and independent contractors will be subject to confidentiality agreements. 

How We Protect Your Personal Information

Your privacy is very important to us. To ensure security and confidentiality, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your confidential personal information. Within the firm, we limit access to clients' information only to personnel that need to know that information in order to perform its business functions and duties. Each employee and service provider we may hire is required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement and is instructed not to discuss and share clients' information with anyone unless they are authorized in writing by client to do so.

We will provide you with privacy policy on an annual basis and when it is expected to change.
